Class of 2024 Ambassador Team
Are you interested in the opportunity to capture your senior year, ALL YEAR LONG?
The Case Studios Photography (CSP) Senior Brand Ambassadors team is a group of local high school seniors that represent the face of Case Studios Photography for the duration of their senior year.
Ambassadors are chosen through an application process and receive numerous perks including participation in photoshoots, digital images to share on social media, group activities and events, cash bonuses, and more!
The CSP team is an exciting opportunity for many local seniors. Ambassadors are chosen based off their involvement in their community, outgoing personalities, dedication to the CSP brand and excitement about their senior year!
What's included:

So many sessions!!

Required: three full team shoots which will give you individual and group images. (see Important Dates below)

A custom individual Senior portrait session, it's all about you! (1.5 hours, unlimited outfits, and 2 locations)

Additional pop-up sessions throughout the year. (Not required, but strongly encouraged!)

Group activities like game or movie nights, dinners and more!

Your favorite images to share on social media.

Bonuses for referring Case Studios Photography to friends and family.
Rewards:

Product credit bonuses of $25 for each paid referral that can offset your investment.

You are not required to send referrals, but it can be used to offset your program fee.

Send ten paid referrals and receive a free hard-cover book of your favorite images from the program!
Requirements:
-
Be a current high school Junior, graduating in 2024.
-
Be outgoing, energetic, motivated and enjoy being photographed.

We want seniors that support our core values: INTEGRITY, AUTHENTICITY, COMPASSION, RESPECT AND COMMUNITY.

Have a positive presence in your school and community.

Have an active and positive online social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) and be willing and excited to post images from your sessions and CSP promotions and giveaways.

Post frequently (at least 3x monthly) about CSP.

Follow Case Studios Photography on Facebook and Instagram AND allow us to follow you!

Attend an informative meet & greet event April 30, 2023.

Participate in required mini sessions with the full team. (There will be other sessions which will not be required.)

Agree to use Case Studios Photography as their sole photographer during their senior year, with the exception of school and sports photographers.

Have student AND parent sign a model release form and Brand Ambassador contract.
Procedures:

Read through all the requirements and talk to your parent/guardian! They will be contacted first if you are chosen as an ambassador, PLEASE let them know that you are applying!

Fill out the application.

Ambassadors will be notified of their acceptance by April 2, 2023.
The Cost:
-
$350 program fee - if accepted will be due in full April 30, 2023.

Includes three main sessions, a custom individual session, tons of mini & pop-up sessions, amazing digital images, a meet and greet, group activities, Ambassador t-shirt and so much more. (All together valued over $2,000!)

This is the only payment/fee associated with the program and can be earned back through referrals.

You will have the option of purchasing printed products at a discount. (Not required)
Important Dates:
- March 12, 2023 - Applications are live.
- March 26, 2023 - Applications will close at 11:59pm
- April 2, 2023 - Chosen Ambassadors will be notified of their acceptance.
- April 30, 2023 - Meet and Greet and Studio Shoot with the full team. (Required)
- April 30, 2023 - Program fee will be due in full.
- June 11, 2023 - Outdoor shoot with full team. 5-8pm (Required)
- Rain Date - June 18, 2023
- October 15, 2023 - Fall shoot with full team 4-7pm (Required)
- Rain Date - October 22, 2023
